The Engagement Manager is the primary liaison between The Judge Group and our mid‑market client, responsible for overseeing multiple managed service projects while remaining hands‑on in day‑to‑day delivery. This full‑time Judge Group employee will spend the majority of their time onsite with the client, partnering closely with leadership on both sides to ensure alignment, transparency, and high‑quality execution. The role blends strategic engagement management, technical and Agile delivery leadership, and project oversight, with a strong preference for candidates who bring a consulting mindset.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

 

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the central point of contact between Judge Group and client leadership.
  • Translate client goals into actionable delivery plans across multiple project streams.
  • Present updates, metrics, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Build trust, ensure transparency, and maintain strong communication channels.

 

Talent Lifecycle

  • Perform consultant screening & interviewing
  • Handle consultant onboarding & orientation
  • Mitigate client‑specific training coordination
  • Perform consultant offboarding & knowledge transfer
  • Resource planning & forecasting

 

Consultant Performance

  • Ongoing consultant performance tracking
  • Perform development coaching & upskilling
  • Escalation management
  • Stakeholder communication

 

Project Performance

  • Project delivery oversight across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Deliverable quality & timeliness management
  • PM effectiveness measurement and coaching
  • Project‑level metrics, reporting, and visibility
  • Risk & issue escalation and resolution

Qualifications

Qualifications:
•  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•  Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) or equivalent certification preferred.
•  Proven experience managing distributed teams in a global environment.
•  Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
•  Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
•  Experience with continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automation tools is a plus.
