As a Direct Placement Recruiter at Judge Direct Placement, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering top-tier talent solutions.

 

The Judge Group is seeking a dynamic recruiter/business development professional to oversee the full life cycle recruitment process. This role entails identifying business opportunities, recruiting, and fulfilling positions. The ideal candidate will drive client base growth through strategic sales activities, build relationships with key hiring managers, negotiate business terms, and manage the entire hiring process from job posting to candidate placement.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Cultivate and expand a client base through strategic outreach, including video calls, phone conversations, and in-person meetings.

Relationship Building: Identify and nurture new business opportunities with key client hiring managers and senior executives.

Recruitment Management: Recruit, evaluate, and place leading industry professionals in full-time roles with our clients. Develop job postings, search, screen, and identify qualified candidates, present them to clients, and manage both client and candidates through the hiring process.

Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with top candidates, conduct professional interviews via phone, video, and in-person to qualify them for client positions.

Pipeline Maintenance: Expand and maintain the existing client base, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospective business and secure qualified opportunities.

 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • A strong desire to build a career in Recruiting, Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Experience in a Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Recruiter role.
  • Proven track record in sales – either as an Account Manager or in Business Development.
  • Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized, commission-oriented, money-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
