Overview

The Sales Development Representative will be a key contributor to the growth of the Judge Learning Solutions division by proactively identifying and engaging potential clients. This entry-level role is designed for individuals 1–3 years out of college who are eager to begin a career in sales.

Responsibilities

 

  • Research and identify potential clients through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and industry databases.
    • Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce Judge Learning Solutions’ offerings and generate interest.
    • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
    • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
    • Maintain accurate records of outreach, meeting outcomes, and lead status in Salesforce.
    • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure smooth handoff and messaging alignment.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, client challenges, and Judge’s learning solutions to effectively communicate value.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and meeting goals.

    (Approximate Time Allocation: 60% lead generation and prospecting, 40% sales support and meeting coordination.)

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 1 year of customer-facing, inside sales, or business development experience preferred.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new contacts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.
