Overview

The Judge Group is looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic and high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier healthcare professionals across a variety of roles and settings, including hospitals, health systems, and clinical organizations. This is a relationship-driven role that offers the opportunity to work with national clients and make a direct impact on patient care by connecting top talent with leading healthcare employers.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen top healthcare talent by leveraging recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media channels
  • Engage with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and healthcare-specific job boards to identify qualified candidates
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to build a reliable and consistent talent pipeline
  • Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video, or in-person to evaluate qualifications and alignment with client needs
  • Complete comprehensive reference checks and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates
  • Attend client meetings to gain a deep understanding of job requirements and foster strong client partnerships
  • Collaborate with the internal compliance team to streamline onboarding processes and stay focused on candidate engagement

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated success in placing candidates in roles such as RNs, Allied Health Professionals, Physicians, or Healthcare Admin/Support
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, compliance, and onboarding processes is a plus
