Front-End Development Manager


We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Front-End Development Manager to lead a team of talented developers in building high-quality, user-centric web applications. This hybrid role blends hands-on technical development with team leadership and strategic collaboration. Responsibilities

Product Development & Innovation

  • Design, develop, and maintain front-end web applications.
  • Lead code reviews and approve releases to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize enhancements and new features.


Team Leadership

  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and career development support through regular 1:1s.
  • Set clear goals and help team members achieve them.

 

Project Management

  • Plan and manage technical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, allocate resources, and manage timelines and deliverables.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with product managers, analysts, and clients to deliver scalable solutions.

 

Documentation & Testing

  • Maintain user guides, release notes, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and iterate based on feedback.

 

Continuous Learning

  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Take on additional responsibilities to support team and organizational goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of front-end development experience
  • Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bonus: Experience in the staffing industry or related domain
