Position Summary:  Do your professional aspirations include a sales career in the field of Technology, Healthcare, or Finance & Accounting?  Working in a high growth organization that provides excellent training, innovative technology and an incredibly fun culture that promotes teamwork?  The Judge Group is seeking an energetic, confident, persistent, and organized Intern who has a strong desire to succeed, to intern on our Technology recruiting team for The Judge Group summer internship Program, lasting approximately 10 weeks. This opportunity offers structured learning and a deeper understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities in the professional services industry. Interns will work on hands-on projects under the guidance of an assigned mentor and supervisor. Clear expectations and goals will be set to ensure a successful internship experience. 

• Source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, out ATS and social media. 

• Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources. 

• Learn from the best recruiters in the industry on how to be successful quickly. 

• Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year college/university, majoring in Business Management, Business Administration, and Human Resources. 

• Interest and experience with communications, sales and business development
