Position Summary:  The Judge Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern interested in Business Analytics to join Enterprise Application team.  This 10-week internship will offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an Enterprise Level Applications department.  The Enterprise Application Intern will be responsible for Business Analysis related tasks across various teams within the IT department. 

• Learn and assist in gathering, developing, and documenting business requirements 

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications 

• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving application issues 

• Help with the configuration and customization of enterprise applications to meet business needs 

• Participate in testing and quality assurance of new application features and updates 

• Provide direct project support to various teams within the IT department 

• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports 

• Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year college/university.  Majoring in Business, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (with specific focus on PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) 

• Knowledge of SharePoint, MS Forms, Coding Languages (SQL, Python, etc.) preferred but not required
